Page Menu

The Page menu allows you to carry out any process related to project pages.

New pageCreates a new page or project depending on cursor position in the project tree
Open pageDisplays the selected page from the project tree
Close pageCloses the current page
Save pageSaves the current page (enabled only when the page has been changed)
Copy pageCopies the current page to the same or a different project
Paste pagePastes the copied page to the same or a different project
Rename pageRenames the selected page in the project tree
Delete pageDeletes the selected page from the project tree
Previous pageDisplays the previous page if available
Next pageDisplays the next page if available
Print pageShows a preview and prints the current page
Import pageImports an XML or DWG drawing from your computer
Send page as e-mailSends the current page by e-mail in PDF, JPG, or XML format
Export page as fileSaves the current page as PDF, JPG, DXF, or XML
PropertiesOpens the properties window of the current page
Show project/page treeShows or hides the project tree

New Page Behavior

The New page command works differently depending on the cursor position in the project tree:

  • Cursor on cofaso branch: Creates a new project.
  • Cursor on a normal project: Creates a page within that project.
  • Cursor on a DIN-standard project: Creates HLA or LOC based on the Project numbering option.

Send Page as E-mail

When sending a page by e-mail, the following fields are required:

  • SMTP: Your company's e-mail transfer address.
  • From: A user account authorized to send e-mails via the SMTP server.
  • Password: The password for the From account.
  • To: The recipient's e-mail address.
  • Message: The message text.

All values except the password and recipient address are saved for future use.
